Hi I’m Lloyd, Head coach at High Performance Strategies.

Having recently worked full-time as a strength and conditioning coach applying sport and exercise science support within professional and International sport, I now apply the same support privately through my own coaching.

I currently offer support through in-person and online/remote coaching services on a 1-2-1 and a group basis. With recent success coming from the 1-2-1 online programme High Performance Physique  and also our online group programme 8LOSS.

I have created High Performance Strategies to provide what I thought there was a lack of in today’s current fitness, exercise and strength and conditioning industry. That being the lack of real evidence based training, nutrition and recovery strategies.

Unfortunately today, the entry requirements to becoming a personal trainer are very low, with many personal trainers qualifying in only 6 weeks and jumping straight into coaching clients who do not know any better than what their trainer is giving them.

It is a scary thought that your health is the hands of someone who has potentially no experience or solid education behind their fitness and nutrition guidance for you.

At High Performance Strategies, we don’t take any chances. There is no guessing with our coaching methods.

Having been involved in the fitness industry for almost 10 years, and combining this experience with undergraduate and masters education, the goal has always been to provide the most accurate and recent information to get you better/quicker results.

Fortunately for anyone on any of the High Performance Strategies coaching services, we are also have the luxury of being closely connected with a range of different performance and physical support staff.

Including but not limited to; Head S&C coaches, physiotherapists, sports therapists, performance nutritionists, sports coaches etc. Meaning no performance plateau, injury or nutritional restrictions will go unsupported.
